Move-out cleaning is priced by property size and condition. Most apartments and homes in Missouri and Tennessee start around $300 and increase with square footage. Homes with heavy buildup or additional large spaces (garage, basement) may be quoted higher. We provide a flat-rate quote upfront — no hourly clock.

We recommend booking as soon as you know your move-out date. Move-out cleans have high demand around the end of the month and start of the month (typical lease turnaround dates). At least 1 week in advance is ideal — we do accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
For a proper move-out clean, yes — furniture and personal belongings should be removed so we can clean every surface, floor area, and inside cabinets fully. If you need cleaning around remaining items, see our deep cleaning service.
We do spot cleaning for minor smudges and marks. We don’t do full wall repainting, stain removal for permanent marks, or scuff removal that requires scrubbing off paint. For cosmetic damage, your landlord may need to arrange repairs.
